Strattoncondos.com is a web based ski rental business. We have a lot of "fun" in the business. Our "fun" is to find nice renters nice places to stay. To contact us, please email us at strattoncondos@aol.com, use our contact form, or call us on our cell, 516 810-6010.
Over the years, we have come to represent some of the nicest properties at Stratton. We, for example, are the only rental agency that has a Stratton Snowbridge for rent. We concentrate on slopeside and shuttle units and only rent places in the Stratton Resort area. If you want a large home or place off the access road, email us. We can point you to other rental agencies in the area.
The business is owned by Robert Kanser, a 20 year property owner at Stratton. On the summertime, he lives on Long Island, New York and in the winter, in a condo on Stratton Mountain. On the top of the page is a photo taken by Mountain Photo of Bob and his grandson. All of our workers are temporary seasonal workers that are residents of Vermont.
We rent condos that are called "owner" or "owner-occupied" units. These are units that individual owners use themselves, take care of, and make available for certain selected weekends. While we have over 50 condominiums in our inventory, on any specific weekend we may only have a few that are available to rent. | |

| our staff - educational qualifications for condo cleaning
While we did not plan it that way, we now realize it is necessary to have minimum of a bachelors degree from a four year college to be on our part time cleaning staff. Getting a condo ready for the weekend is challenging work. And answering the phones and emails ... whew ... advanced degrees appear to be required.

Meri has a bachelors in Economics from Franklin Pierce and manages one cleaning crew (primarily herself and a friend).

Barbara has a degree in Art and Finance from New Hampshire and manages Meri and therefore her friend Linda.

Linda has a degree from University of Massachusetts and manages no one yet and does not want to.

Bob has a BA and ScB from Brown University, and tries to manage everyone, but prefers to talk, and no one listens.

Michelle has a degree in Fine Arts and now has better things to do, but helps us out when we can not help ourselves.

Jim has his level 7 Brokers license and is the one person who got everything done in the past year.

Dick is an educator, science teacher, ski coach and our best cleaner, guess that's why he went far away.

Nancy is a nato neo pulmonologist, whatever that is, and was also our best cleaner, but went far away with Dick.

Marilyn has a degree from Hartwick and Masters from Long Island University and is the neatest of the bunch.

Jennifer has a degree from Brown and law degree from Nova and really does not clean much anymore.

Heather has a math degree from Union and masters and sets up our computers rather than cleans.

Meaghan has a bachelors from Union and a nursing degree and takes care of all the wounded cleaning personnel.
