We are only capturing information that you want to send us. Therefore we only pick up your email address from where it is entered. Some examples for filling out the contact form

Desired Starting and Ending Dates, e.g. "2/14 to 2/18/2008"

Number of Nights, e.g. "4" or perhaps "3, 4, or 5 depending on rate"

Total Number of People, e.g. "7, all adults" or "4 adults and 3 children"

Ages of Children, e.g. "4, 7, and one teenager"

Number of Bedrooms, e.g. "3 to 4 Bedrooms" or "King preferred"

Nightly Price Range, e.g. Moderate is our lower range; High is an upscale, slopeside or large unit; Luxury is the best.

Additional Information, e.g. "Slopeside desired", "Total budget of $800 per night", "Lowest possible budget", or really anything.
Each condo is individually priced by location, size and conditions. Generally for weekend or holidays, condos condo prices are:

One or two bedrooms are $400 to $650 per night (plus 15% tax and service and exit cleaning around $150)

Three bedrooms are $600 to $900 per night (plus 15% tax and service and exit cleaning around $200)

Four bedrooms are $700 to $1000 per night (plus 15% tax and service and exit cleaning around $220)

Five bedrooms plus are $900 to $1200 per night. (plus 15% tax and service and exit cleaning around $220)
Weekdays added to a weekend rental are typically at a 30% or more discount from a weekend rate. Slopeside and luxury new units are $200 to $600 more per night.
