There are many winter ski home residents of Stratton and Winhall. Also there is a growing number of permanent residents and retirees. It is a great place to live or to have a second home.
The picture above was taken from the lift as I saw another owner enjoying one of the last runs on a bitter cold day. The Stratton owners are a tough breed. One Stratton trailblazer is trying lower his daily cost of his seasonal ski pass and goes out every day, even in ice and wind storms.
This section will be developed in 2009 and will become private for all Stratton owners. Now it contains "unofficial" information that we and friends in the Stratton trailblazers made up.
