Strattoncondos.com Condo and Home Rental Rates: Let us rent for you for $80 per rental plus 20% of the gross rental. Strattoncondos.com can qualify and find tenants for you. We can email and talk to the customer, develop the contract, collect the money, deposit and taxes, provide the keys, perform the pre and post inspection and schedule the exit cleaning. In this option, we do all the work.
Complete Listing of Business Rates: We will provide listings at little charge to organizations we know and are familiar with, and who provide reciprocal links. There may be a slight fee for the set up work for posting your listing and getting a photograph set up.
