Strattoncondos.com is a targeted website ... listing all services and rentals within an hour's drive from Stratton.  In the winter season, we receive over 2500 hits per week.  To place an advertisement on this site, please email us at: strattoncondos@aol.com with a contact number.  If you prefer, please use the form below.

Strattoncondos.com Condo and Home Rental Rates: 
Let us rent for you for $80 per rental plus 20% of the gross rental.  Strattoncondos.com can qualify and find tenants for you.  We can email and talk to the customer, develop the contract, collect the money, deposit and taxes, provide the keys, perform the pre and post inspection and schedule the exit cleaning.  In this option, we do all the work.  
 

Complete Listing of Business Rates:  We will provide listings at little charge to organizations we know and are familiar with, and who provide reciprocal links.  There may be a slight fee for the set up work for posting your listing and getting a photograph set up.

Please contact us if you want a large listing of a single page or even a top level button.  There is a moderate charge for those services.
  

Free Listing for Organizations, Churches, Towns, Hospitals, Schools, Farms, Theaters and Charities

To the extent that we can, we will take all requests for text listings and provide it free of charge.

In 2009 individuals can post a message on our Guestbook, for no charge, if they would like to find work, a place to share, a ride, etc.  Organizations can contact us and we can promote your activities in a few line text listing for no charge.
