| Stratton Resort Area Townhomes |
Beautiful large houses and townhomes are found in the Stratton Resort Area. These are all on the access road with shuttle service to the slopes. Many are near the golf course. Two of the most beautiful townhome complexes are Intervale and Piper Ridge. These are secluded areas, but just minutes to the slope ( about 3 miles on the access road).
- The Intervale complex is one mile up the right Stratton Mountain Access road. These units range from cozy three bedroom units around a beautiful pond to large 4 and 5 bedroom units built into the slope. The 4 and 5 bedroom units are favorites for families of 8 and 10 people because of the multiple bedrooms on several different floors.
- The Piper Ridge complex has large 3 to 5 bedroom homes on multiple levels. Each one is different and a number have outstanding views of Stratton Mountain. Piper Ridge has it's own sports center and private shuttle to the slope.

Both the Intervale complex and Piper Ridge provide luxury town homes clustered in beautiful winter mountain areas. Reservations are available for short term rentals or long term leases.
