| Are you getting tired of the long trip out west, then how about a winter ski vacation in Vermont.
With a ski vacation to Stratton Mountain in Southern Vermont, you have no need for plane tickets, shipping skis or even losing two or more travel days, plus an altitude adjustment day. We suggest you try Stratton this year, with its great grooming, superb snow making, beautiful village, condos and awesome parks.

Conditions at Stratton are always amazing. The season is started with mostly man made snow.. Stratton has made a pile of snow. So if you check our hours of operation during the ski season, you can see we are often hard to reach on the phone (not seriously, try us any time). In Vermont, anywhere between October and June there may be new snow on the way.
Perhaps the best way to get started is to look at our List of Condos, or look at Slopeside Condos, Commons Condos, Sports Center Area Condos, Resort Area Townhomes that we have for rent. Then email us or contact us for the exact condos that are available.

Welcome to the new strattoncondos.com!
For the past two decades, strattoncondos.com has been a winter ski condo rental and vacation lodging site, concentrating on all condo developments at the Stratton Mountain Resort in Vermont. Originally designed for skiers and snowboarders, our new site is expanding for anyone who takes a vacation in VT.
We love to ski, our children love to snowboard and ski, and our grandson started two seasons ago. After staying at every single mountain in Vermont (and most of the ski areas in New England), we settled at Stratton 25 years ago. We love Stratton, the Manchester area and all Southern Vermont has to offer. Sometimes we like to ski at Okemo and all Vermont Ski Areas. Our goal is to make it easy for you to have fun and a memorable winter vacation in Southern Vermont. | Slopeside or Shuttle?
"Slopeside" or "mountainside" condos are at a premium. There are relatively few ski-in condos at Stratton. Their rental rates are high. However, for ultimate convenience especially with little children, a slopeside condo may be the best, as told in our skiing back home story.
The Stratton shuttle is an excellent way to get to the slope, and almost everyone use it. It picks you up from the parking lot right in front of your unit and drops you off at the base lodge. Also, a unit on the shuttle route is typically $200 to $500 less per night. A majority of the renters and owners prefer condos on the Stratton shuttle route.

Weekly Condo Rental Update:
This winter's snow should be as good as last years, when piles of snow were made in late November and then it snowed and snowed. Please remember that Holiday's (Christmas, MLK, President's week and US Open) are at a premium. However, we can sometime get you a discount for longer stays and when there are changes in plans.
