Valley or Sports Center Area Condos

One of the favorite areas to stay is in the Sports Center Area on the Valley Side of the Stratton Mountain Access Road. All condos in this location are on the Stratton shuttle, a really fast all day / all winter shuttle. On the slope one day, we even met a Crown Point owner who would drive to the slope, sometime not even go into his unit, but park in front, just to grab the fast shuttle.

| Crown Point
Some of the Crown Point condos have the best view of Stratton Mountain. This ideal location is situated close to the Sports center, on the top of a hill, in the middle of the Styles Brook units. It is just a short shuttle to the slope. One day I met a Crown Point owner on the slope, who came up from Boston for a short ski day, and just parked his car in front of his unit and took the shuttle, without ever stopping in.
The Crown Point condos vary in size from 1100 sq. ft. two bedroom units to 2300 sq. ft. three bedroom units. There are two configurations of two bedroom units. One configuration has the bedrooms split on each size. The three bedroom units all are different and some have family size jacuzzi. They all have a wood burning fireplace.

Stratton Springs
The Stratton Springs condos are multi-level townhomes of two to four bedrooms about 5 years old. They are all beautiful units. They are located across from the Sports Center, right on the access road. When we were watching the construction of these units, we noticed the beautiful detailing work being done.
They have wood burning fireplaces. Each has a private garage. Many people will take the short shuttle to the slopes, but then ski to a location at the base of the Tamarack lift that is close to these units and walk home. Few, if any, are available for short term rental.

| Styles Brook
The Styles Brook units are in a large complex sprawled around the Sports center. These units are great for a large family, have three to four plus bedrooms and a wood burning fireplace.
These multi-level townhomes (1450 to 2250 sq. ft.) were built between 1980-1985. Some of them are located close to the Stratton Sports club. Some have been redone and are spectacular units. The mountain is just a short shuttle ride away.

Vantage Point
The Vantage Point condos are all located in a private area close to the Sports Center. It is a great location at Stratton Mountain, in a private wooded setting with a view of the mountain and just a quarter mile away from the Stratton base lodge.
They are two bedroom, two bath units on one level of approximately 1,100 sq. ft. They have a large entrance area for putting on your boots skis. All have wood burning fireplaces, a washer/drier, small dining area and nice open kitchen. One we have for rent even has its own private hot tub.
Many have a great view of Stratton mountain. They are a quick shuttle route to the slope. These units are perfect for families of three to six. They are priced the most reasonible of the rental units and often requested year after year because of their price / value.
